Quilters’ Retreat 2024: Kyoto Dreams
Escape for 2 days of sewing bliss with one of our 2024 Quilters’ Retreats!
This year we will be making the Kyoto Dreams bag – an oval, zippered hold-all, featuring an appliqued floral lid and two small, removable quilted baskets for the interior. The bag is made from Japanese woven fabrics in muted browns and greys, with an orange accent for a lively pop of colour.
(Finished size approx. 15” wide x 7” deep x 9” high).
- Where? This event is being held at our Studios in Whitegate, Cheshire.
- When? There are two options to choose from:
- Group A Retreat: Saturday 29 June (09:30-18:00) and Sunday 30 June (09:30-17:00)
- Group B Retreat: Wednesday 3 July (09:30-18:00) and Thursday 4 July (09:30-17:00)
- How much? The total cost for attendance is £190. This includes the full project kit, instructions and tuition, plus morning refreshments, lunch and afternoon tea on both days of the retreat.
- Deposit: A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking.
- Balance: The balance of £90 is payable one week before the retreat.

- Meals/drinks: Please let us know of any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- Cancellation: If after booking you find you are unable to attend, every effort will be made to resell your place (in which case a full refund will be issued to you). In the event that your place cannot be resold, however, please understand that we will unfortunately need to charge you the full cost of the course.
