These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between us and you. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you will only be used lawfully. It enables us to process your order and provide you with the best possible service.

Returns/refunds

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. We aim to portray items as accurtely as possible; however, slight variations may occur as many items are handcrafted. Colours and fabrics may vary from those shown on our website.

Should you wish to return an item bought from us we will be happy to exchange or refund the product provided that it is returned:

1. in a fully resaleable condition;
2. in its original condition, unused;
3. within 7 days of receipt;
4. with its receipt, in the original packaging.

The goods must be wrapped carefully and we recommend you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for goods in transit from the customer. You are responsible for paying all costs if you choose to return items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to offer refunds on fabric which is cut to your specific requirements from the bolt.

Damaged/faulty goods

All items are quality-checked prior to despatch; however, in the unlikely event that you should find a fault, please telephone us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return for exchange or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchange and recharge costs incurred in the event that:

• goods are not faulty;
• items have been deliberately damaged.

If items have been damaged in transit, refunds will only be given once costs have been recovered from the courier.

Prices

Prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and are correct at the time of publishing. However, they may be amended due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be advised of any price changes before an order is processed. Your credit card will only be charged at the time of shipping.
